When and where can I get a receipt?

If your facility has a full-time caretaker, please let them know when you check in that you will need a receipt. We will make a receipt and take it to your room. For unoccupied facilities, please send us an email requesting a receipt and we will send you a receipt with your data.

Can you send me a map and transportation to my accommodation?

How do I check in when I arrive at my accommodation?

If the facility is staffed by a facility owner, please contact the caretaker's office over the intercom when you arrive in front of the facility. We will show you your room and check you in. If the property is not staffed by a caretaker, we will send you an email in advance with information about the key box where your room key is located and information about your stay, so please check your email carefully before checking in.

I'm checking in late, what should I do?

If you wish to check in after 23:00, please contact the owner of the accommodation in advance.

What time of day can I check in?

Please check in between 16:00 and 23:00.

Is there anything I need for my stay?

If you are a foreigner, please prepare your passport in advance when you check in, as we ask for a picture of your passport.

What time will the checkout be?

It will end at 11am. We will send you an email the day before you check out to inform you about checkout.

What should I do to check out?

Please check out by 11:00am. Leave the key at the key box. Put the Wi-Fi (if provided) on the desk. Please don't forget your belongings.

Is it possible for me to leave my luggage before I can check in?

Please inquire with the owner of the accommodation in advance.

Is it possible for me to delay my checkout time?

If you wish to delay your checkout time, please contact the property owner of your accommodation. There is a separate extension fee. Please check with the owner of the property you are staying at for any extension fees.

Is it possible for you to leave my luggage after I check out?

If the property owner is on hand at the property, we can temporarily keep your luggage after you check out as long as it's on the same day. Please note that we do not provide luggage storage services for facilities where the facility owner is not present at all. Please note that we cannot accept valuables in your luggage.

Can you take care of my luggage if I send it to you before I stay?

Please do not send your luggage before your stay.

Can I send my luggage from my accommodation?

Please send your luggage from a convenience store or post office near your accommodation.

Is it okay to invite people other than the guests?

No one other than guests is allowed to enter the room.

Can I bring my pet with me?
